With over 12 years of clinical experience, Jen is dedicated to treating the whole person, not just symptoms. She provides care in medical dermatology, as well as weight loss, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, wellness treatments, and peptide therapies. Jen believes in a comprehensive approach to health, emphasizing the role of diet, exercise, sleep, and overall balance alongside medical treatment. Her goal is to create a collaborative, supportive environment where patients feel empowered in their care.Jen earned her Master of Physician Associate Studies (MPAS) and is a certified Physician Associate (PA-C). She continues to advance her knowledge through ongoing education and training, ensuring that her patients benefit from the latest medical and wellness therapies.Outside the office, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and son! Whether it’s playing family games, enjoying water activities like boating and swimming, or simply making memories together. She’s also active in her church community and values being part of the Lake Norman area she calls home.

Ashley Roberts, RN, BSN is a highly educated Aesthetic Nurse Injector with9 years of experience as a registered nurse and over 4 years specializing in aestheticc medicine. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina Ashley graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She began her career in the Medical ICU and later advanced to the Surgical Trauma ICU, where she gained extensive critical care experience before transitioning into aesthetics. 

Dedicated to achieving natural, balanced results, Ashley has trained extensively with nationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine. She is a 3 time graduate of the Allergan Medical Institute with more than ten additional Allergan trainings, five Galderma trainings, and 3 advanced training with Merz, including advanced cadaver labs, led by none other than Dr. Sebastian Cotofana. She has also trained with Injectors Michelle Doran, Nina Burnett, and Dr. Matthew Pinto, among many others.  

Ashley remains committed to staying at the forefront of the field by continuously learning the latest injection techniques and aesthetic trends. In addition she is highly knowledgeable in medica; grade skincare, including Alastin, Zo Skin health, Skinbetter Science, Hydrinity, SkinMedica, ColorScience, and Revision. 

Ashley specializes in lip enhancement, facial balancing, and preventative aging treatments. Ashley combines her clinical expertise with an artistic approach to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Known for her precision and attention to detail, she is dedicated to providing safe, subtle enhancements that highlight each client’s unique beauty. Outside of the office, she enjoys life on her family farm with her husband and two children.  

Katie has been a valued member of the Carolina Age Management Institute team since 2021, starting as a medical assistant while completing nursing school and transitioning into her role as a full-time Nurse Injector after graduation. Originally from Cleveland County, Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated with honors.

Katie is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She prioritizes open communication, a personalized approach, and a holistic understanding of each individual’s goals. Her philosophy is centered on enhancing natural beauty with safe, effective treatments that leave patients feeling confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.

Her favorite treatments include facial balancing with dermal fillers and botulinum toxin, as well as creating long-term skincare strategies that deliver sustainable, natural-looking results.

Katie is committed to lifelong learning in aesthetic medicine and has pursued extensive advanced training with leading experts in the field. She continues to expand her skills through conferences, cadaver labs, and specialized courses across injectables, regenerative treatments, and advanced skin technologies.

Now living in Charlotte, Katie enjoys playing tennis, spending quality time with her family, and spoiling her rescue dog, Alphie.

With over 9 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and more than 3 years specializing in aesthetic medicine, Madison is a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector known for creating natural, confidence-boosting results. Originally from the small coastal town of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Charleston in 2015, and soon after graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016. Her clinical background in the neonatal ICU, dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and cosmetic surgery provides a strong foundation of safety, precision, and patient-centered care in every treatment she performs. 

Madison is passionate about helping patients develop personalized, long-term treatment plans that enhance their natural beauty while maintaining a refreshed, balanced appearance. She specializes in injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, as well as advanced treatments like Sculptra, PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factors), RF-microneedling, and laser procedures.

Committed to excellence, Madison stays up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques through frequent advanced trainings, ensuring her patients always receive the most effective, evidence-based care. Known for her compassionate and approachable demeanor, she creates a welcoming environment where every patient feels understood, valued, and at ease throughout their aesthetic journey.

Madison lives in Davidson with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find her at Pure Barre or out on the lake – with SPF and a wide-brimmed hat, of course!

Originally from Cleveland County, she attended a private esthetics school where she gained a strong foundation in advanced treatments and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing college courses, skincare trainings, and certifications in the latest technologies.

Meredith is deeply passionate about patient care and result-driven treatments, always striving to deliver customized solutions that help her patients look and feel their best. She currently resides in Shelby and is dedicated to furthering her education while staying at the forefront of medical aesthetics.

Hi, my name is Mariah Williams. I’m originally from Minnesota, but in 2021 I moved to North Carolina where I began my career as a laser assistant and quickly discovered my passion for aesthetics. I earned my aesthetician license at Dermacademy in Kernersville, NC, and I continue to advance my knowledge through ongoing education and training to provide the best care possible for my clients.

I love helping both men and women feel confident in their own skin. Whether that’s through personalized treatments or tailored skincare routines. My goal is always to help people look and feel their very best.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to my 8-month-old son and a stepmom to a sweet 4-year-old girl. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying the outdoors.

Elizabeth Santrizos is a dedicated Lead Medical Assistant at CAMI, where she excels in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team with her extensive knowledge and experience. Born in upstate New York, Elizabeth moved to North Carolina at the age of two and grew up in a community that values compassion and care. With roots in New York through her mother’s family and Pennsylvania through her father’s family, Elizabeth embraces a diverse heritage that shapes her approach to patient advocacy.

Aesthetic medicine is a particular passion for Elizabeth, as she loves helping people feel better about themselves. What she loves most about working at CAMI is her supportive co-workers, who create a collaborative environment that enhances patient care. Committed to ensuring that every patient feels valued and understood, her leadership skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the clinic.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, reflecting her belief in a balanced and fulfilling life.

With a wealth of experience in the aesthetics field, Becca brings a calm, polished, and professional demeanor to her role as Front Office Coordinator at Carolina Age Management Institute. She skillfully manages patient scheduling, ensures seamless office operations, and collaborates closely with patients to offer customized treatments and exclusive offers tailored to their needs. Dedicated to delivering exceptional care, Becca ensures every patient feels valued and well-informed throughout their experience. A trusted and reliable presence, she is committed to high-quality service and positive patient outcomes.  Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, their two daughters, and their son-in-law. Their family also includes their loyal Rottweiler, Samson, and their adorable dachshund grand puppy , Nino Cannoli. Passionate about the outdoors and travel, Becca loves making lasting memories with her loved ones.
