Meet The CAMI Team

Marissa grew up in the small town of West Monroe located in upstate New York.  She moved to Charlotte in 2011 and attended UNC Charlotte’s nursing program where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career at Iredell Memorial Hospital where she worked in the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. She then transitioned to the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Atrium Health. After 6 years of nursing, Marissa returned to UNC Wilmington to work on her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program. During her last year of school, she met Dr. Giordano during a lip filler appointment. After graduation, Marissa returned to become a part of the team at Carolina Age Management Institute after expressing her passion for aesthetics.

Marissa is now a Huntersville resident. She can often be found at the park with her daughter, Avery, or in line at Starbucks. Marissa is a homebody that enjoys a glass of wine and a good book. Her current favorite is Untamed.

Jennifer has dedicated over a decade to dermatology, bringing extensive experience and a compassionate approach to patient care. As a highly experienced medical dermatology PA, she diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions, ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her husband and son. Whether it’s playing family games, embarking on adventures, or simply enjoying each other’s company, family is at the heart of her life.
Jennifer is also an active member of her church, participating in various activities and events that strengthen her faith and help serve the Lake Norman community.

Ashley Roberts is a Registered Nurse who has lived in the Charlotte area for the past 10 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina- Charlotte in 2016, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her first RN position was held in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Atrium Health and later transitioned to the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit, fulfilling 6 years of ICU experience. From her love of the healthcare profession to her empathetic nature, she remains unwaveringly passionate about helping people.

She recently followed her heart into the world of Aesthetic Medicine, which has given her an opportunity to help people in a whole new way! Ashley prides herself in finding ways to help improve the self-confidence of her patients without hindering their natural beauty. She is excited to grow and expand her skill set and knowledge at Carolina Age Management with a dual role as a Nurse Injector and Surgical Center Coordinator. Ashley enjoys spending her days off boating on Lake Norman with her husband and three Golden Doodles, or somewhere on the beach.

Katie has been a valued member of the CAMI team since 2021, beginning as a medical assistant while attending nursing school and later transitioning to a full-time Nurse injector after graduation. Originally from Cleveland County, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated with honors. 

She takes great pride in establishing strong, trusting relationships with her patients, prioritizing open communication and understanding their unique needs. Her approach emphasizes a holistic understanding of each individual, aiming to enhance their natural beauty while fostering a sense of trust and support in every step of the process.

Katie’s favorite treatments include facial balancing with dermal fillers and botulinum toxin, along with designing long-term skincare strategies that yield sustainable, natural-looking results. Now living in Charlotte, outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing tennis, and spoiling her rescue dog, Alphie.

Madison is from the small coastal town of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She graduated in 2015 from the College of Charleston with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, and then in 2016 from the Medical University of South Carolina with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Madison began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. After living in downtown Charleston for 8+ years, she moved to North Carolina and began working in dermatology and Moh’s micrographic surgery in Chapel Hill, where she gained foundational knowledge about all things skin related. Madison joined Carolina Age Management Institute upon moving to the Lake Norman Area in 2022, where she is able to focus on her passion of aesthetics.

Over the years, Madison consistently finds new ways to expand her skillset. Madison is the lead nurse in our Operating Room at CAMI, caring for our surgical patients pre- and post-op with kindness and compassion. Madison also excels in the MedSpa by helping patients form long-term treatment plans designed to achieve their goals through effective, results-focused treatments. Madison specializes in injectables such as Botox and Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, and PRP, as well as Microneedling, RF-Microneedling, and Laser procedures including BBL, Profractional, MicroLaserPeel, and Deep Erbium Resurfacing.

Madison excels in patient care, and she enjoys taking the time to ensure that her patients are well educated on their options and expectations, and feel at ease prior to any treatment.

Madison lives in Davidson and can often be found at Pure Barre, F45 Training, or out on the lake (with her SPF and a wide-brimmed hat, of course!) with her family and friends. She enjoys trying out new recipes, spending time with her family, and a good spicy margarita!

Originally from Charlotte, Kelly Culicerto joined Carolina Age Management after training to be a Licensed Master Aesthetician in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior, she was a collegiate soccer player at Marshall University where she got a Bachelor’s in Business Management.

She was hired by Carolina Age Management Institute and has consistently proved over the past year that she has true talent caring for her patient’s skin.  Kelly specializes in facial rejuvenation treatments such as Hydrafacial, dermaplanning, medical-grade chemical peels, microneedling, and laser procedures.

Kelly’s enthusiasm for Aesthetics, continuing education, as well as her kind, caring, and accommodating nature is what makes clients feel at ease during their treatments. Her motivation to get the best results for clients is what drives her passion.

Alyssa graduated from Dermalogica Skin Institute in 2015. Soon after, she began working in New York City as a permanent makeup artist and lash artist. To further her education, she became certified in microdermabrasion, medical grade chemical peels, and lip blushing. 

“It’s such an amazing feeling when you truly love what you do and the team you work with. I love being able to help patients with their skin concerns while making meaningful connections with them.” Alyssa serves as a very dynamic member of our team- practicing as a Licensed Esthetician while also serving as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist- doing lip blushing, lash enhancement and brow treatments. Because she has also been a makeup artist since she was 18 years old, her eye for enhancing natural beauty through skincare and other methodologies is impeccable.

Alyssa resides in Charlotte with her fiancé, Evan, their dog, Wasabi and their cat, Ziggy. She loves to read, research new makeup, clothing and skincare trends and is obsessed with true crime podcasts!

Elizabeth Santrizos is a dedicated Lead Medical Assistant at CAMI, where she excels in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team with her extensive knowledge and experience. Born in upstate New York, Elizabeth moved to North Carolina at the age of two and grew up in a community that values compassion and care. With roots in New York through her mother’s family and Pennsylvania through her father’s family, Elizabeth embraces a diverse heritage that shapes her approach to patient advocacy.

Aesthetic medicine is a particular passion for Elizabeth, as she loves helping people feel better about themselves. What she loves most about working at CAMI is her supportive co-workers, who create a collaborative environment that enhances patient care. Committed to ensuring that every patient feels valued and understood, her leadership skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the clinic.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, reflecting her belief in a balanced and fulfilling life.

Originally hailing from the charming farmlands of Iowa, I grew up alongside 6 sisters and 2 brothers, surrounded by a menagerie of animals that instilled in me a love for family and life’s simple joys. My educational journey took me to Iowa State University, where I studied Finance and Fashion. During my time there, I had the opportunity to work in a salon and spa, which introduced me to the captivating world of aesthetics—a field that would eventually capture my heart. After graduating, I ventured to Chicago, Illinois, where I worked as a Real Estate Broker. However, my passion for the aesthetics industry was undeniable, and I knew my true calling lay in helping others enhance their beauty and confidence. My love for Nicholas Sparks’ novels inspired a visit to North Carolina, and the state’s charm and warmth instantly enchanted me. Today, I proudly reside in Greensboro with my hunky husband and our three wonderful children. 

We are a sports-loving family, actively participating in football, basketball, baseball, cheerleading, and weightlifting. With a blend of professionalism and passion, I strive to create a positive impact in the lives of those around me, embracing every moment with enthusiasm!

With a wealth of experience in the aesthetics field, Becca brings a calm, polished, and professional demeanor to her role as Front Office Coordinator at Carolina Age Management Institute. She skillfully manages patient scheduling, ensures seamless office operations, and collaborates closely with patients to offer customized treatments and exclusive offers tailored to their needs. Dedicated to delivering exceptional care, Becca ensures every patient feels valued and well-informed throughout their experience. A trusted and reliable presence, she is committed to high-quality service and positive patient outcomes. Alongside the talented team at CAMI, she works to ensure that every patient’s journey is smooth and satisfying from start to finish.

 Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, their two daughters, and their son-in-law. Their family also includes their loyal Rottweiler, Samson, and their adorable dachshund grand puppy , Nino Cannoli. Passionate about the outdoors and travel, Becca loves making lasting memories with her loved ones.
