Jennifer Padgett, PA-C
Jennifer has dedicated over a decade to dermatology, bringing extensive experience and a compassionate approach to patient care. As a highly experienced medical dermatology PA, she diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions, ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer cherishes spending quality time with her husband and son. Whether it’s playing family games, embarking on adventures, or simply enjoying each other’s company, family is at the heart of her life.
Jennifer is also an active member of her church, participating in various activities and events that strengthen her faith and help serve the Lake Norman community.
In addition to family and church, Jennifer is an avid water sports enthusiast. From waterskiing and river tubing to enjoying time relaxing by the pool (in the shade of course!), if it’s on the water, she will be there enjoying the outdoors with her family and friends.

Sophia Reid, MD
Dr. Reid is a dedicated and versatile Board Certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, integrative, and cosmetic dermatology practicing in Huntersville, North Carolina. She is a certified Integrative Dermatologist and is well versed in both conventional and complementary care for skin diseases. Her clinical interests and competencies are wide ranging, and include diagnosis and treatment of ethnic skin, alopecia, psoriasis, atopic
dermatitis, and the diagnosis and management of skin cancer. She is an utmost expert in her field in injectable and laser based cosmetic treatments as well as minimally invasive body contouring techniques.
Dr. Reid has been awarded as a Top Doc for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. She has also appeared in Good housekeeping magazine, Cosmopolitan magazine, and Women’s Health magazine. Dr. Reid is a Washington, DC native and completed her medical school training at Georgetown University School of Medicine and her dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. She is an active fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and Skin of Color Society.
